These are captured in the booking process (Driver Details) and the vehicle selected. Required information includes:

• Full name and residential address
• Date of birth
• Driver's licence number and state of issue
• Vehicle make, model, year
• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
• Vehicle colour and registration number

Base Rental Fees

Start and end dates are defined during the booking process. The vehicle must be returned to the designated pickup location on or before the agreed date and time.

• Early returns do not qualify for refunds unless otherwise agreed
• Extensions must be requested and approved before the original return date
• Late returns may incur additional charges

Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must be used lawfully and in accordance with all traffic regulations
• The rentee is responsible for all traffic violations and parking fines
• Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities or racing
• Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles

Maintenance Responsibilities

• Regular checks of oil, water, and tyre pressure
• Immediate reporting of any mechanical issues
• No unauthorized repairs or modifications

Travel Limits

• Weekly distance limit: 3,000 km
• Excess kilometer charge: $0.70/km
• Vehicles must remain within the state of registration
• Vehicles must be driven on sealed roads only

Accident/Theft Reporting

• All accidents must be reported immediately to both police and the operator
• The rentee must not admit liability
• Full cooperation required with insurance claims

Fines and Penalties

• All fines and tolls are the rentee's responsibility
• Admin fees apply for processing fines: $50 per infringement

Upon return of the vehicle, the rentee must:

• Return all keys, accessories, and documentation
• Ensure the vehicle is in the same condition as at pickup (fair wear and tear excepted)
• Return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel
• Remove all personal belongings

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia
• Non-exclusive jurisdiction in Victoria courts
• This document constitutes the entire agreement between parties
• Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties
• The rentee acknowledges understanding and acceptance of all terms
